Still think coloring in a coloring book is just for kids? Wish you can still color in a coloring book without people judging you that you are coloring in a children’s coloring book? Struggling to find an activity to take your mind off of the daily stresses of everyday life? Well look no more! Fellow blogger Mischa Fellez has a great coloring book just for you! She created a coloring book titled, Meditative Imaginings, catered for adults to help them relieve stress. Her book is especially helpful for people living with behavioral conditions like, ADHD and PTSD. Studies have shown through their patients, that their  brainwaves and heart rate changed for the better! And according to the American Lung Association, out of the 52 stress relieving activities, coloring is one of the best activities.  But look…when you’re coloring don’t think to hard, just color to your hearts desire.

  1. I LOVE coloring! I can’t tell you how many books I’ve bought. I’ve found that Etsy is a great place to find a wide variety of books. I’ll check out your suggestion as well. Thanks!
