No Worries

If your loved one living with mental illness don’t show up to hang out with you, please don’t take offense. It’s not because they don’t want to hang out with you or they’re blowing you off for someone else, or they don’t know how to have a good time or they don’t want to go out at all…. It’s just there are days when their mental health can really take over than most days. If nothing else, be kind understanding and compassion. Or even give a hug or a call. It may not sound much by performing these actions, but it means a lot.
