  1. This is a constant thought I have. My attempt at combating this is to congratulate and praise myself for all the little things, like getting out of bed, or brushing my hair. Because when it takes so much effort to sleep and then get up, you have to remind yourself that you can complete tasks and keep going, despite all the worries.

    • Definitely! It’s the simple things like saying, “Yea, I made it out of bed this morning!” that help A LOT. Don’t stop doing it, even when you’ve been getting out of bed without hesitation. You need to keep being your biggest supporter.
