For me I need to have 8 1/2 to 9 hours of sleep. 8 hours…eh. Less than that…the whole day will feel like hell. I remember being made fun of as adult for having 8 1/2 to 9 hours (but hey, that worked for me. Helped me deal with my busy day ahead)…until National Sleep Foundation had this infograph. Yesss. So this infograph from them, showcase how much sleep you should typically get. If not, like me, it’s time to make a new sleep schedule.
